- Employees accumulate PTO each pay period starting on the date of hire at the rate of .106380 for hours worked for 200 hours PTO. At five years employees will accumulate PTO at a rate of .130435 for hours worked for 240 hours PTO.
- Flex Time
- Flex time is available within each pay period as needed and coordinated.
- Stock Options
- ITEC's stock option plan is provided to motivate and retain employees of ITEC, by providing an incentive to participate in the ownership of ITEC stock and its future growth.
