401K Plan - Standard and Roth
ITEC provides a 401K tax-deferred savings plan. ITEC will match your contributions up to 4% of your gross pay.

Paid Time Off
Employees accrue PTO per hour worked up to 200 hours per calendar year. Two weeks of PTO can be rolled over to the next year.

Flex Time
Flex time is available within each pay period as needed and coordinated.
