ITEC is led by a veteran management team with nearly 60 years combined experience in the aerospace and defense industries. Our engineering and management leadership experience enables ITEC to truly understand our customers staffing requirements and create an entrepreneurial environment for our employees.

John Allen, Founder and CEO

John earned his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering at Alabama in 1979 and his master's degree in business at Central Michigan in 1982. With over 30 years experience in the aerospace and defense industries, John has a successful proven track record and has served as an advisor to the U.S. Government on matters vital to national security. John's professional experience before founding ITEC in 1999 includes 21 years in the Air Force Reserve and in various program management, systems engineering, and executive positions at Geodynamics, ASE, and Ciber. His extensive technical experience includes: satellite ground system acquisition, spacecraft operations and test, system integration, infrared processing, signal processing, software engineering, satellite communications, and radar systems. John is also committed to helping several non-profit corporations succeed. John enjoys spending time with his wife and four children and playing golf, snowboarding, SCUBA diving, and traveling.

Randy Dingle President and COO

Randy earned his associates degree in electronics technology at DeVry University in 1983 and his bachelor's degree in business management from the University of Phoenix in 1998. Randy spent the first 21 years of his career with Hughes Aircraft Company/Raytheon developing and perfecting his outstanding technical and leadership skills in the satellite communications world across several disciplines including design engineering, systems integration, system testing, and program management. Randy joined the ITEC team in April 2005 as Vice President and a year later was promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer assuming responsibility for running day to day operations in April 2006. In February 2010, he was promoted to President and COO. With over 27 years experience in the aerospace and defense industries, Randy's commitment to taking care of customers and employees is second to none. A devoted family man with 4 children, Randy enjoys playing golf, camping, and traveling.
